CONDITIONS OF USE
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We show product information, which is available to us, to help you make the correct choice. It is not possible to show the full specifications for every product but if you have any queries please contact us before placing your order.
Product images shown are representations of the products and may not reflect the exact colouring or detail of the actual product supplied. Please contact us if you have any queries and we will do our best to provide further useful information.
Further information may be available from manufacturers websites, links for which may be available, but we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information shown on their sites.
PRICES
All our prices are shown including VAT, except most books and sheet music which are exempt.
The prices that are advertised on this website are only for purchases made over the internet. Although prices in our shop may be the same, there will be occasions when they are not and we are under no obligation to match our internet price in that case.
Although every effort is made to ensure that all prices shown on our website are correct, occasionally errors do occur and we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

PAYMENT
We accept credit or debit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, VisaDelta, American Express or Solo. If you are paying with a non-UK credit card, your account will be debited with the UK sterling equivalent at the time of order fulfillment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send.
You can also choose not to pay for your goods online, in which case we will send you an invoice for the amount owed. Goods will be sent to you on receipt of your payment. Alternatively, you could simply print your order out and post it with a cheque (in sterling only please) to Miller's Music Centre (see address details below).
WARRANTIES
All of our new and second hand acoustic pianos are supplied with a full 5 year manufacturers warranty, which is extendable at additional cost.
Digital pianos and keyboards from Roland have a full 3 year warranty, from Yamaha have a full 2 year warranty, and from Casio have a full 2 year warranty.
All of our new instruments are supplied with a full 2 year manufacturers warranty, unless stated otherwise. Our second hand instruments are guaranteed for 2 years.
The warranty does not cover misuse or business use (unless less specifically requested).
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please check your delivered item upon delivery, and before signing for it, to ensure that it is not damaged. If the item has been damaged the goods not should be signed ‘Damaged in transit’, and you should keep the packaging materials for our verification. You should contact us immediately on 01223 354452 or 367758 to notify us of any damage.
